Risk ManagementRisk Management is a process of thinking systematically about all possible risks, problems or scenarios before they occur and developing procedures and strategies to identify the risk and avoid, manage or control its impact. It is also about making a realistic evaluation of the true level of risk.
Developing risk management systems involves preparing and implementing procedures to ensure effective action is undertaken. While it is important a risk management plan allows for most possible scenanios, it is also important the system be easily understood by your management team - for it to be effective, it has to be workable.
