Project Controls is a core competency of BMG and at the core of all our project operations that ensures the project is delivered on-track, on-time and within budget. Our services cover the entire control spectrum of scoping, estimating, planning, risk assessment, commercial management, quality control, communications, procurement and human resources.
Our approach to project controls is to is to work with clients from the beginning of the project and continue throughout the entire life of the project to post-implementation review. We assess each project individually to determine with our clients the most appropriate level of project control needed.
Planning, Programming & Resource SchedulingBMG uses best practice techniques to offer its clients detailed planning and resource scheduling, bringing to the project a clearly defined and workable way forward.
BMG utilises such software as Microsoft Project and Primavera or similar for more complex planning and excel for simpler planning requirements.
