Data SecurityBMG will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information it collects from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal information that is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed.

Access and CorrectionBMG will provide access to personal information it holds following a reasonable request in writing to the BMG Privacy Officer, unless exceptional circumstances specified in the Privacy Act apply. If a request for personal information is denied, we will explain the reason for the denial. If access is sought for purpose of determining accuracy of the information and it is determined that the information is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date then BMG will take all reasonable steps to bring the information up-to-date.
5. AnonymityWherever lawful and practicable we respect the right of an individual to remain anonymous when dealing with us.
6. Transborder Data FlowsBMG may transfer personal information to a foreign country only if such transfer is permitted by the National Privacy Principles.
